The global date for Freedom Sunday, 2012 is February 26th, but pastors can chose any Sunday they wish to host a Freedom Sunday.

This broadcast was the first segment aired on CNN's Freedom Project on Freedom Sunday 2011.  David Batstone spoke at a South Korean church which has a membership of 100,00 plus.  It was aired around the world.  The pastor of this church speaks after David; he is awesome!  His church held a Fast for Freedom and they raised $75,000 which was sent to Kru Nam's orphanage in northern Thailand.  Kru Nam is a Thai artist who rescued 126 children from brothels/traffickers and has taken on the commitment to raise these children - free from oppression.
