As a subcommittee of the Executive Board, the Personnel Committee's purpose includes recommendations to the Executive Board regarding the employment of staff, consultants and contractors, with concern for equal employment opportunity, fair employment practices and personnel policies. The Personnel Committee performs annual reviews of performance of the staff. Following the annual reviews of performance, the Personnel Committee will make recommendations to the Executive Board regarding the adequacy of compensation.
