Purpose:

Discern whether God’s Holy Spirit and the needs/desires of the Everson community is calling for a Presbyterian ministry in or around Everson, in consultation with local community leaders and Everson Presbyterian Fellowship. 

Determine if there is a call for Presbyterian ministry in or around Everson, and if so, identify what shape that ministry should take and the initial implementation steps.  If the task force determines there is not a call for Presbyterian ministry, then consider if a new Presbyterian ministry is called for elsewhere in Skagit/Whatcom county and what shape might that ministry take (along with initial implementation steps).

Recommend to Council how NPS Presbytery should most faithfully steward the Everson Presbyterian Church facilities as a resource for ministry.
